When we first started using Palmyra Medical Associates we could easily make sick appointments. Now that’s becoming impossible. They forward you to another Sentara provider and you are forced to leave a message and hope someone calls you back. Sentara is terrible.
I have been very happy at Palmyra Medical Associates. The front desk staff are helpful, phone hold time is minimal, and Dr Baker has been great. 5 stars for Palmyra Medical Associates. Maybe 2 stars for Sentara’s patient app.
I can't express how deeply hurt I am and completely turned off by what happened to this place!! I just have to vent so bad!! I've been going here for 15+ Years. Unfortunately, my PCP has retired and I was changed to a new Dr. She was very nice,but now she has up and left too. I've been so sick all my life and it's very hard to find a Dr. that you can talk to and connect with.
