Receptionist and the medical assistant were sweet. That's the only reason for any stars. I have never in my life been treated so poorly by a physician or NP. I came in to establish care with NP Martina. I will never step one foot in that office again. I was talked down to and argued with about my medical history. I was told she didn't trust me about having a wellbutrin rx and that I would have to bring an empty bottle to prove it. Dr. Schmidt and the team here need to get it together with blood panel call backs and overall communication. After reaching out several times and only getting an answering machine at the office about elevated level results, Dr. Schmidt was contacted through the Sentara portal and simply didn't respond. It took almost TWO MONTHS for someone to call. Had to make an appointment at another office with another doctor who hopefully want to do their jobs. What a waste of time.
