Dr. Crum seems to know what she is talking about and listens BUT so many issues with scheduling and communication. Their hours of operation are not cohesive to someone who works a regular 8-5 job with only being open 7:30am-3pm. I am a teacher and work 7:15 - 2:15pm and have never had issues with getting appointments after work until they changed their hours. I was 3 mins late and they cancelled my appointment. They need to understand if there traffic on the road they need to give people time to get to there appointment's. They wont see me coming back.
Dr Crum was amazing. She listens and gives great feedback and support. Her bedside manners are excellent.
