A waste of time. Suggested Tylenol and ice to relieve extreme pain. Would not recommend if you’re looking for “urgent” care. Update: The next day I received a pharmacy delivery of generic voltaren. Over the counter cream that I already had. They sent a prescription for this to my pharmacy after “recommending” that I use it. They NEVER told me they were sending in a prescription! Not returnable and waste of money. Do not waste your time or money!!!!
Absolutely horrible. The doctor barely looked my wounds. They did not do a full exam or get a full history. Despite being in some the worst pain I have felt and they did nothing.
Came in for sore throat. Took an hour to get seen, thats fine. The first person that came in was very nice, it didnt feel like he cared more about rushing than me being diagnosed. he explained everything and awesome. Shelly M Brown is horrible though, i advise anyone to not be seen by her if possible. talked to me for maybe 3 minutes or less than after telling me i had strep. barely described the medication, didnt ask me anything, didnt say anything when looking at vitals and tried to rush me out. I took my 18 month old to be seen here because her pediatrician’s office was not open. She was seen by PA Rachel. I told PA Rachel my child has a cough, fever, and is wheezing. She had been sleeping all day not acting her she. PA Rachel told me my daughter’s lungs sounded great! Perfectly clear! My daughter has a virus pick one of the 2,000 that are going around. She told me to do saline rinses she would get better. She was crying in her sleep that night, coughing and wheezing hard. I took her to her pediatricians office who... read more
Took my husband today and the whole experience was great. Staff was very nice and cheerful. Was a nice experience.
