Had an appointment but it didn't matter still had to wait, ending up leaving. Front desk receptionist was rude and unprofessional. she had an attitude, on her phone and had ear buds in. I wouldn't recommend this place as a fast *urgent care* setting.
We went to this location this morning when my 7 year old son had a wound on his leg that needed stitches. He was thrashing a bit when they were cleaning it and about to give him a numbing shot (right after cleaning it and not allowing him to calm down), and the doctor stated that she was unable to give him the shot. Mind you, this was a 7 year old that is small for his age and acting in a normal, scared manner with a parent that was willing to hold him and comfort him through it.
