Had arm and hand surgery, it never got better.
Doctors change appointment time just days ahead. Makes you wait around in the lobby forever when you’re early and tells you to reschedule even if you’re just a minute late.
Hard to get phone calls to be answered, even harder to get your physician to fill out paperwork for insurance companies. I had sent paper work over November 6th didn't get it back for 2 weeks and now the additional paperwork my insurance sent over that needed filled out on December 4th hasn't been filled out. 10 days? Does it really take this long for simple paperwork to be filled out and faxed back?
Wonderful experience with my surgery at MJH. From the start was treated with great care. Intake lady,nurses,surgeon and anesthesia crew were marvelous and kind. Shout out to the anesthesia crew, who listened to my concerns and treated me me so well ( woke up very happy). Great staff and great experience thank you all.
