The ladies are nice on the phone and I avoided an extra appointment and visit using MyChart.
This is for Dr. Katie & co on the 2nd floor. Minus one star for not being able to leave a message or change appointments over the weekend. Otherwise they're good folks & get the jobs done. I get the feeling the 1-stars are for some other office.
Laura Fry is very rude and talks to people like she’s mad she has to help you. These last few interactions with Sentara have not been pleasant at all. Very rude nasty attitudes. Unprofessionalism at its finest.
If I could give 0 stars that would be my choice. This office is a waste of time and money. Your voice is not heard and apparently no does there job in this office, I been waiting on a pre-authorization for over a week now on a very serious issue, and all the. Office keeps saying is they’re working on it but the insurance company has not received anything at all. If you value your health you will find another place for your healthcare needs.
