I have been coming here for a few years. The staff is friendly, comforting and highly competent. I’m usually seen within five to ten minutes of checking in.
The check-in and appointment request is 5 stars. The technician however, needs to work on kindness and empathy. She was very rude and arrogant.
Cannot reach them to make an appt despite calling during normal business hours. Tried calling multiple times on a Tuesday and a Friday.
