Today was the second time that I've been to this emergency room. From start to finish, it was a great experience both times. Easy check in process, friendly staff, quick treatment with transparency the entire time. Highly recommend for all your high level medical care needs.

I took my nonverbal autistic 2 year old son here when he was hysterically crying related to pain that we thought was from a bee sting but were unsure. They were quick in getting us seen, incredibly compassionate and professional. Definitely glad we were seen there versus a bigger medical center.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the emergency room care provided at Sentara Lake Ridge. The hospital's lack of organization and unprofessional staff created a chaotic atmosphere that was detrimental to my sister's well-being. While she was experiencing intense vomiting and discomfort, the medical staff were more focused on socializing and eating behind the nurses' station than attending to her needs. Worst doctor ever I got tested positive for a virus call (flu A)and she refused to give me medicine. medicine only for old people ? when I get there, I have a fever over 100 and I have to ask after 2 hours if they can give me a anything to Reduce the fever so I have to tell them what they have to do.
