The people who helped me when I showed up with my facial dog bite were amazing. It was on Saturday, 28 March, in the afternoon at the stand alone ED on Minniville in Woodbridge, VA. The security guard was so nice and forgiving when I was confused where to walk, Patrick the triage nurse was so kind and had me laughing, Susan the nurse (or PA?) was amazingly nice and funny and an absolute delight, and Dr. Houston saw me quickly and gave me clear information and spent a while doing my stitches very carefully. All the nurses were great. It was busy so it took some time to see the doctor who apologized several times. It wasn't anyone's fault just one doctor for several people.

Do NOT come here!! It is an absolute waste of your time. They do not listen to the patient, give you the cookie cutter imaging (after saying explicitly it will not show anything). Then come back to tell you your “imaging looks good, here’s a knee immobilizer, just don’t do anything for a few weeks.” Even after asking questions, the generic cookie cutter answer of “just don’t do anything and RICE.” On top of that they put the knee immobilizer on wrong and it came off 10 seconds later , put it on again, and again came off by t... read more

Great bedside manor. Explained things well. I left feeling like we had a plan and I wasn't just in rotation and a checked box. Good experience.
