Doctor Walter has been my doctor now for several years. I don’t have major medical issues, but the ones I do have are addressed by him in the least invasive yet detailed way possible. His nurse Cassandra really came through for me today getting a prior authorization approved done in short order. Thank you Cassandra for coming through when I really needed it!
Never had a bad experience. The front staff are friendly & welcoming & efficient. The nurses are top notch. All are patient & attentive whan I have questions or concerns. Appointments readily available. I've been a patient of Dr Philip Walter for years. Have no intention of going to any other PCP.
After waiting 6 months was finally able to get into Primary Care appointment with Dr. Ross Isaacs - were using the term Dr. loosely, as not really sure of their qualifications. What we do know is that he wanted me to continue taking medications for an injury, yet won’t call it into pharmacy - they knew the prescriptions from ER ran out almost a month ago. I have received excellent care from my PCP (the best I’ve ever had and I’ve been through a few) and his staff, from nurses to office personnel. Timely response to my phone calls or emails.
