I would like to preface this review to ask that everyone else who has suffered at the hands of the short, morbidly obese white woman (middle aged, at least) with blond hair, PLEASE also leave reviews. Something needs to be done about her absolutely evil behavior. I WANTED to let this go. I don't know why with the review system we have that we have to give someone one star it seems wasteful when what they really deserve is something round that smells like something that came out of my dog and they would actually deserve five of those! This facility had more than a week to correct the paperwork that was sent to them from my doctor's office yet the woman who called me this morning named Monique wasn't capable of getting that done the paperwork was obviously had some errors on it and apparently there was no effo... read more
