I took my grandma for a mammogram on Tuesday 11/18/2025. At Sentara Belle hall women's breast center in Suffolk Va. She had a hard huge mass in her right breast. She is 95 years old and did not want the mammogram but an ultrasound instead. She was frightened it may hurt or rupture something. I explained this to the receptionist after checking in. The more I sit with this the worse and worse it gets. Bottom line up front, I was turned away upon check-in for my appointment to investigate a possible lump on my testicle. A bit more detailed and why it feels worse and worse the more I think about it. The end of May I went to see a doctor due to a possible lump and an extensive immediate family history of numerous cancers. I was given a prescription for an ultrasound and a bunch of paperwork to go to an imaging center as soon as possible to get it evaluated and checked out... read more
