I am beyond thankful for everyone at Sentara Hospice Services. From the office staff to the social workers and nurses. They made sure my dad was as comfortable as possible during home hospice. They were great about working with our schedule, and every person I encountered showed compassion and really showed they care. They exceeded my expectations in every way and im grateful that good people like them still exist.
What a horrible experience. Never showed up, shipped the meds, no instructions, and when needed most in the throws of a terrible situation, refused help until a social worker could be there for more paperwork. This place just tortures people in their last moments and comforts was not once considered over paperwork.
Rachel and the team we had working with our family was the best!! I appreciate everything they did for our family.
