Following my Right Total Knee Replacement Surgery; LewisGale Hospital nurses arranged for me to receive physical therapy through Sentara Home Care Services. I feel very grateful and appreciative for the physical therapy services that I received from Sentara. The admitting physical therapist, Kim, was very helpful, skilled and professional in assessing what my physical therapy needs were. So disappointed with their 24 hour on call care. First off we spent an hour and a half getting a busy signal. We finally pull up the number on Google and it says if you need immediate attention press this number, we did and we were on hold for a couple mins. Finally Sadie answers and said she would have someone call me within 15 mins. They did return the call. I explained what was going on with my Father in law and was told that IF they were to send someone in for assessment that they would send him to the ER. We should cut ... read more
