Melanie, a physical therapist (PT) Supervisor was my mom's PT. She was very nasty, insulting and disrespectful. Very unprofessional. I am so disappointed in the services my brother has been receiving or shall I say not receiving. They never have supplies, supplies sent to another patient home, and rude administrators. We are frustrated because they blame the insurance company but the insurance company blames Home Services but my brother is the one NOT getting services he need from them. God bless the staff at Sentara for being patient and understanding with me and giving the best treatment they could! Riverside really blew me off just because of my use of profanity. thank God for Sentara and there staff for not refusing my pelvic exam like Riverside did.
