I Called in to discuss the link to sentaras billing . When I went in to view the bill I got through my email, like I have numerous times before over the last 3 years, instead speaking to a friendly billing employee like I always have over the last 3 years, I got a bossy unfriendly snobby, bitchy arrogant female on the other end of the phone.
