Been waiting over 3 weeks on authorization on a scheduled CT scan. Had to reschedule. Seems like delay delay delay means deny deny deny. Previously, had to involve VA SCC office in a dispute on a in-network not being in-network. Americans shouldn't have a health care system that is expensive compared on what it doesn't deliver on.

I received exceptional professional customer service today from Shaniqua, May, and Chiquita. It was truly a team effort to fix an age old problem that was created by Sentara over an abbreviated street name that continues to be a problematic issue. I Called in to discuss the link to sentaras billing . When I went in to view the bill I got through my email, like I have numerous times before over the last 3 years, instead speaking to a friendly billing employee like I always have over the last 3 years, I got a bossy unfriendly snobby, bitchy arrogant female on the other end of the phone.
