I am writing to formally express concerns regarding the care my mother received during a recent visit to your Emergency Department. My mother, who has a documented diagnosis of dementia, was transported to the ER following a fall. We were advised to send her via resue by her Hospice nurse, when she discovered how week, and unstable she was.
