I was treated kindly and efficiently in the ED. I was not, however, informed about all test results. And the only treatment offered was a lidocaine patch.

I’ve been leaving a lot of bad reviews based on the first medical experiences I’ve had since moving out to the country. This place however deserves a good one. The entire staff was top notch. The drawback to this place is they don’t have as many specialists as a city hospital so I had to be transferred to Richmond which ended in a terrible experience but I can’t hold that against these guys.

The doctor on call on this day in questioned was not very caring. I have chronic issues and I was not satisfied with the treatment. I was already home taking ibuprofen and Tylenol and patches and ointments that were not working on the severe of my condition. But he gave me the same treatment in the hospital that I was giving myself at home. I left in pain and remained in pain for several days.

I was here 7/7/26. I was here from Texas . I came in with a debilitating migraine. The wait wasn't long st all. The staff was extremely kind. The nursing staff and techs we understanding and listen. The ER doctor was a total gem, he listen to me and talked back with to make a plan for my migraine cocktail.
