The young lady who helped me was very pleasant and sounded very happy. The staff is very kind and work very hard at what they do. The Dr. S is very thorough with seeing my husband and I. Over all our visits are met with warmth and a friendly staff.
The ladies at the front desk, lab, and nurses are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! They deserve 5 stars. However Dr Srimanthula is the most inattentive, dismissive, and downright negligent medical professional I have ever seen. If you aren't willing to remind her of your health conditions at every visit you will hear the same things over and over again. She will refer you to everyone else in an attempt to not have to do much of anything. She has to be reminded to recheck lab values on chronic health conditions like anemia. The best clinic I have ever been to. The front office staff is always kind! Cathy the office manager always goes out of her way to help. Dean Pryor is always kind and explains everything. Dean knows how to walk in the door and make you relax and feel comfortable. Jackie Dean's nurse is kind and always caring! Great medical office. I hope they know how much I appreciate all of them. Worst hospital I have ever had to go to My husband had a stroke December 20th 2024 when I took him in I told them I thought he had a stroke … and that he’d drank 6 beers and 2 n/a beers before we went to back … after the test can in they said he was only drunk…and couldn’t do test until Monday to see if he had a stroke… everyone knows a stroke has to be treated with in the first 24 hr to possibly prevent long term effects…. Angelin Comer is the absolute best!! She is so kind and really listened to my concerns today at my visit. The nurse who took my vitals today is also my favorite and very sweet. AJ did not rush me at all, I felt like I had all the time in the world with her and that’s not common in today’s world to find. You can tell that AJ loves what she does and truly cares about her patients, I’d recommend her to anyone! Love her and she deserves all the recognition and definitely deserves a raise @Sentara!
