I have been a patient here along with both of my children for many, many years. I have complained before about their office staff. They are the rudest and most unprofessional people I have ever encountered in a place of business. Dr. Brown and Kelly are wonderful and that is the only reason we are still patients there. I am unclear why these 2 ladies still have a job with all the complaints I see on here. I have been in healthcare for 20 years and I have never spoken to a patient or a family member they way they do.
