I arrived early for my appointment and was seen within 5 minutes. However, I do believe, whoever reviews the answering machine needs to do so at least daily not weekly. This was the 2nd time I have called multiple times, leaving multiple messages and didn’t receive a call back I eventually got thru and was able to make an appointment. Either return calls or get rid of the answering machine.
I had the best experience here for my procedure. My 1st was done 12 years ago at Hampton Roads Gastroenterology and it was HORRIBLE. I had the worst vibes there. However, at Sentara Gastroenterology Specialists I had 1st class service all the way. The entire staff was polite, compassionate, informative, knowledgeable, professional and very patient with me. Dr. Ramberan was very thorough. He listened to my questions and answered them thoroughly. The nurse and staff were friendly. I was at ease and am confident that I will improve.
On-time, thorough, and very knowledgeable. More than comfortable having them in charge of my care.
