Every single person at this practice has consistently gone above and beyond to assist me with whatever issue I may have had. Always cheerful, and very pleasant to interact with, I cant say enough about the care I have, and continue to receive. Highly recommend this practice!
First time ever writing a review. The people they have answering phones don't care about you. And will not help you. Make you jump through hurdles to inquire about pricing. Should be trying to help not make it harder on people.
I have been coming here for 20 or more years and have always had an exceptional experience with the Doctors and support staff. I find it pathetic that sick people are reviewing these caretakers low because they are late for an appointment or can’t get an appointment when they are sick. I have always gotten clear advanced notice about any appointments and have not had terrible difficulty getting in to see someone, even if my primary care physician is unavailable I have been able to see someone else on the one occasion I neede... read more
Dr. Day recommend that I go elsewhere today. I been sick since Saturday. If I am not better by Friday then she will call in an antibiotic. I have been a patient here for years. I know my body. I wish Dr. Phan was back. I have had a telehealth with someone else who was out today who is not involved in what happened today. Now a office visit and still no medicine. It's viral infection. By seven days I will need an antibiotic. First time seeing Dr. Day and last time. No bedside manner. Rude. So it takes 3 visits to get an antib... read more
