The level of incompetency is unreal at Sentara Foot and Ankle Specialists. The doctor had an aide put a soft brace on my foot while at the office. I told him it didn't feel right and he said I just needed to get used to it. It had an air pad under what should have been the arch of my foot, but the pad was on the other side of my foot, thus pushing up the outer part and causing my ankle to tip in the wrong direction. If you call at 12 noon for an appointment it seems only reasonable to hear back the same day.
Very professional and supportive staff and doctors to help your feet and ankles. I was impressed and even had 3-4 surgeries and can walk. I will go back to them if I ever need help again.
You can literally never get anyone to answer the phone. Ridiculous dont expect an appointment unless you go in person
I've seen multiple foot specialists here and have always had a very positive experience. Knowledgeable, understanding of everything I've had going on with multiple injuries and a great staff in general.
