I was able to meet the new doctor Albert Tao and he was lovely. Very kind, helpful and earnest. He grew up in the area and plans to stay here for a long time. Also, the center at Belvedere is a nice building!
Terrible practice. Had an X-ray done on my knee, took 2 months of phone calls for them to resubmit authorization for the MRI and schedule it. Never got a call to go over the results....just the latest in a long pattern of poor communication and negligence (ever since Sentara took over). Do not recommend!!!!
