I have always liked going to the 5th Street location due to the location convenience, the care they gave & how they were able to help! Which does have some good doctors… but Dr Hallsburg. I understood they weren’t a regular PCP and at the time I was in transition of switching to a Regular PCP. But On Sept 2, I went in for a potential kidney stone & kidney infection (1st kidney stone ever so didn’t know what to do). Felt like death past 2 days so I was desperate due to weekend & a holiday. I deleted my review of kelly so i could write another review about kelly. What a horrible excuse for a being. My last interaction with her was because she was arguing about me needing to cancel an appt because i had to rush to the ER to get to my dad as he has cancer. Literally made me sit and argue with her on the phone telling me it would be a no show. Like who cares kelly! Its my dad! Now the crazy lady wants to argue with me about making my 18 year old an appt. Shes been going to her pcp since april 4 different visits. H... read more
Poor customer service feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with these people while they are sick.
Great place me and my children come here. Prompt appointments, hardly sit in waiting area.
