I deleted my review of kelly so i could write another review about kelly. What a horrible excuse for a being. My last interaction with her was because she was arguing about me needing to cancel an appt because i had to rush to the ER to get to my dad as he has cancer. Literally made me sit and argue with her on the phone telling me it would be a no show. Like who cares kelly! Its my dad! Poor customer service feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with these people while they are sick.
Great place me and my children come here. Prompt appointments, hardly sit in waiting area.
Although I had never been to this practice before, I called right at 8 and was able to schedule an appointment for the same day. The whole process was smooth and flawless, and I never had to wait very long for anything. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Highly, highly recommend Dr. Sty!
