Good luck getting an appointment. My primary care provider left so they canceled my yearly wellness appointment. By the time I called back to book a new one I had to schedule 3 months out with the new doctor that took over. Now less than a week and a half before that appointment they cancel my appointment and say she isn’t taking anymore transfer patients (even though I made this appointment 3 months ago) and I have to wait until January to schedule with one of the other 2 doctors. I established care with NP Erica Hess February 2024. I’ve had about 5-6 visits this year. Erica is my first primary care provider as an adult and the first professional I’ve told any of my health concerns to. From my first appointment she was very kind and warm and listened to me without judgement. She made me feel very safe and informed. I was here for a follow up from the hospital since my primary doctor was out sick and it was the worst visit I’ve ever had. I saw Erica Hess and would NOT recommend her to anyone. She refused to fill my medications that my primary would, she did not even remember to write a doctors note and then when I had to drive back for the note it was WRONG and she refused to fix it. If you go here do not see Erica Hess!!!!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I was transferred to this office after my doctor at the Newtown location retired. While I do like Dr.Covelli personally, the care team & office staff are HORRIBLE. My first experience with them-I was given the wrong address to the office, when I got there, I was told I could not be seen bc I had my daughter with me even though I specifically told the lady on the phone that I would have my daughter. I was able to do a telehealth appointment later & Covelli prescribed me the wrong medicine... read more
