The staff seems nice and helpful in present, However for a month now we have been trying to get a glucose monitor sensor to help monitor diabetes, through the pharmacy where they have not submitted the proper paper work to insurance nor sent to the pharmacy a new sensor prescription from recent visit 3 days ago. So everyone says they want to help, however no actions are getting done except me on the phone consistently, my time is valuable, my health is important but no answers, no resolution.
