This place is trash please go anywhere but here. They do t actually help clients lose weight by diet and exercise. They automatically make you go on a weight loss medication. Then when you don’t do what they want you to do they rip away the medication and drop you as a patient. They help no one and they don’t return calls. This place is trash please. The doctor on the non surgical side is unethical and unprofessional.Go elsewhere if you want real results and real weight loss.

My endocrinologist put in a referral over 2 months ago and the lady called while I was on the phone with Sentara regarding my angiogram. I asked the lady to please call me back and she said she would. She never called me back so I decided to reach out. Over a week goes by with several attempts to get through to Tileda D Wallace who claims she gets back to people within 24 hours according to her recorded voice mail. Not only did it take me OVER 8 months to finally get an initial appointment, due to an accidental doctors office mishap, went to the wrong place....you have a scheduled time you have to be there (mine was 12pm) but they tell you to arrive an hour early for "testing", but because I went to the wrong location I was going to be late, but still there before my ACTUAL appointment time, and they said "yeah no we're going to have to reschedule and per physician you have to be pushed back three months" and I said "so you guys are pu... read more

Just another gimmick to take advantage of desperate people. There is nothing comprehensive about it. If you must try it, don’t put all your hopes into the 9-12 months it takes while waiting for an appointment, because it is just another piece of paper saying eat half of a piece of dry whole wheat toast!
