Ferren.l.pannell np called me one of those people who abuse the system so they can keep kids home from school if she had asked I could have informed her the BOE was not reading the doctor notes and only excusing the date in the corner and they were out 7 days with the flu only one day was excused that's where the case started instead she made it so the diagnosis is always allergies and my kids are forced to go to school sick doctor's are supposed to do no harm
I saw Nurse Practitioner Ferren Pannell for an ear infection and also asked about receiving a routine vaccination that had been previously recommended to me due to a discovered lack of immunity. Ive been coming here for close to 11 years. Everyone has been very professional. I can't remember one bad experience here. I used to take my mother here. She enjoyed her doctor visits. Ladies in the Lab are fabulous. Front desk has been great for my appointments. I just want to Thank Everyone at Sentara Chase City Family Medicine.

Rude and disrespectful on more than one occasion. The people in there don’t know what they are doing!! It would be a waste of time to go in there.
