Dr. Adams and Kim were excellent. The nurses were great also. Dr. Sarris, my Cardiologist, is fantastic!!!!

Very concern about this practice support staff. I called this morning for a prescription on blood pressure medicine. Had not heard anything so called again at 4 and the nurse told me to go to the ER. This is the second time I have had this problem. The last time it took a week to get a prescription. This office needs an operation director very badly. The drs are good but the support staff needs patient care training. Dr Parker was great.
Don’t try to place a phone call to the staff at the front desk. THEY WILL NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!! You go there and see that they are NEVER busy but can’t seem to pick up a phone they are paid to answer. The staff needs to be fired. I’m only stuck going here because the other locations are booked.
The office is poorly staffed if a technician isn't going to be available on your scheduled appointment and they have to reschedule for 2.5 months later. It sets the tone for what to expect once you're actually able to be seen.
