Don’t try to place a phone call to the staff at the front desk. THEY WILL NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!! You go there and see that they are NEVER busy but can’t seem to pick up a phone they are paid to answer. The staff needs to be fired. I’m only stuck going here because the other locations are booked.
The office is poorly staffed if a technician isn't going to be available on your scheduled appointment and they have to reschedule for 2.5 months later. It sets the tone for what to expect once you're actually able to be seen.
Been calling and trying to get a refill on my prescription but no answer and just keep scheduling appointments but wont refill my medication.. The worst
The doctors are great. The staff, not so much. Look for other options
