Very poor front desk lady! Asked a simple question and all I got was attitude. Your ER front desk person should not be like this or anywhere close to this person. Also how do you not let in my wife, when I cannot even handle myself? I am in this er right now waiting alone and in serious pain without the one person that can comfort me. You should stop hiring people that simply want to be rude to your customers.
I am extremely disappointed with the care my mother received in the Emergency Department on July 28, 2026. After reviewing my mother's MyChart notes, I discovered documentation by Erin N. Benedict that was inaccurate. The note stated that my mother's visitor asked for "something." I was the visitor, and that is not what happened. My mother herself asked for a cup of water so she could take her medication—a very reasonable request. What concerned me even more was the nurse's attitude and lack of compassion.
