My wife and I visited the clinic, and unfortunately, the individual responsible for calling my wife for her appointment displayed a rather impolite demeanor. This unpleasant experience has deterred us from returning to the clinic. The individual in question seemed impatient and dismissive, uttering the phrase "Let's get this over with" in a manner that we found disrespectful.
Very efficient. Friendly..... compassionate and professional
I was taken there by ambulance and treated. They said they had me on file. I got a bill two months later without insurance filed. I gave them the correct insurance. The next I heard about this, they had turned me over to a collection agency, without a corrected bill.
