I find this place to be completely incompetent. They are friendly and all but, I've been twice and left with no help. The last time they subjected me to hours of discomfort with nothing to drink and two unnecessary ct scans that lead nowhere because the staff completely disappeared for three hours. I wound up going to obici where they diagnosed me with no CT scan and fixed the problem. Obici ER is great and on the ball where Bell harbor is cruel and unusual. Hopefully I'll never have to go there again.

Would be a great hospital yet they have the slowest triage and intake staff known to earth literally arrived and there was only 4 ppl in the waiting area exactly why does it take them 30 mins to get vitals especially being that other patients are in pain last time

Correctly diagnosed my gall bladder infection and referred me to the top surgeon at Sentara. This ER is exceptionally good.

EXCEPTIONAL Highly skilled and compassionate staff, quick triage and treatment times, readily available advanced technology and imaging capabilities, a well-organized layout, clear communication with patients and families, and a focus on providing the right care at the right time, all while maintaining a clean and accessible environment.

My wife and I visited the clinic, and unfortunately, the individual responsible for calling my wife for her appointment displayed a rather impolite demeanor. This unpleasant experience has deterred us from returning to the clinic. The individual in question seemed impatient and dismissive, uttering the phrase "Let's get this over with" in a manner that we found disrespectful.
