I am extremely disappointed with the care my mother received in the Emergency Department on July 28, 2026. After reviewing my mother's MyChart notes, I discovered documentation by Erin N. Benedict that was inaccurate. The note stated that my mother's visitor asked for "something." I was the visitor, and that is not what happened. Was treated so well an nurse Dana was the best. She saw i was in pain and she made me a personalized heating pad 🥹
Came to get some images done here and despite the lower score I think all the lady's who helped me was amazing! Awkward situation but they made it feel normal!
