First off, I truly think this is a scheduling department issue not the clinic itself. I had an appointment scheduled for today for an ultrasound. The appointment has been made for over a week. Today at 9am I get a phone call saying the wrong imaging was scheduled for me. At first I was told that it was an error from my doctor and then the story changed that it was an error on the scheduling team.
