I lost the belt for my coat that is no longer in stock. I contacted customer service and received a new belt a week later. Amazing customer service!!
Incredible coat, remarkable customer experience. Gianpaolo in the showroom went to incredible lengths to order a particular coat I wanted; courteous and accommodating at every interaction. The coat itself is spectacular; the quality is 10/10. Very pleased and highly recommend.

The size I wanted was out of stock in store. So I did not purchase anything from him that day. But his was still very patient and helpful, not being forcing or snobbish. My passion is coats. I bought the Suri Alpaca Long Notched Collar Wrap Black Coat from SENTALER Atelier. It is a gorgeous coat. This truly is a perfect coat. The Alpaca material, and the texture are beautiful. The structure of the coat makes it look very chic, elegant, flattering and classy wherever you go. I have a MaxMara coat and I will definitely say SENTALER coats are 100% better in elegance, style and quality. Indeed, I will buy the Hazelnut colour coat soon.
