Incredible coat, remarkable customer experience. Gianpaolo in the showroom went to incredible lengths to order a particular coat I wanted; courteous and accommodating at every interaction. The coat itself is spectacular; the quality is 10/10. Very pleased and highly recommend.
I am an old customer of Sentaler. Came to the store to purchase a new one days ago. The gentleman in the store associated me very friendly and professionally. The size I wanted was out of stock in store. So I did not purchase anything from him that day. But his was still very patient and helpful, not being forcing or snobbish. My passion is coats. I bought the Suri Alpaca Long Notched Collar Wrap Black Coat from SENTALER Atelier. It is a gorgeous coat. This truly is a perfect coat. The Alpaca material, and the texture are beautiful. The structure of the coat makes it look very chic, elegant, flattering and classy wherever you go. I have a MaxMara coat and I will definitely say SENTALER coats are 100% better in elegance, style and quality. Indeed, I will buy the Hazelnut colour coat soon.
I wish all my shopping were like this. The service was exceptional: Taylor and Nina were really friendly and stayed that way, even as I tried on half the store; they provided exactly the right level of service on the range from letting me browse to hovering, both helped when there was no one else in the store, which I've rarely seen; a wider-than-normal range of alterations were easily available; and Nina expertly pinned the coat for alterations (no waiting for an alterationist, or having to take the coat elsewhere) which tu... read more
