I contacted customer service since December but I got no reply I contacted them regarding my Sentler coat Unfortunately, it sheds excessively during normal wear, leaving fibers on clothing and surroundings. I can’t wear it anymore!!!
I lost the belt for my coat that is no longer in stock. I contacted customer service and received a new belt a week later. Amazing customer service!!
Incredible coat, remarkable customer experience. Gianpaolo in the showroom went to incredible lengths to order a particular coat I wanted; courteous and accommodating at every interaction. The coat itself is spectacular; the quality is 10/10. Very pleased and highly recommend.
I am an old customer of Sentaler. Came to the store to purchase a new one days ago. The gentleman in the store associated me very friendly and professionally. The size I wanted was out of stock in store. So I did not purchase anything from him that day. But his was still very patient and helpful, not being forcing or snobbish.
