The most useless customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. When I asked for help choosing boxes or wrapping a package, I was told to go to UPS instead, so I did! And you should too.
i have been living in this building for 7 years, the service of sent WAS great - back when Debbie was still working here, they used to offer free pick up for people who live in the same building. Ever since Debbie left , service has changed dramatically. Truly such a shame because I have been coming here for over ten years for all my shipping and printing needs and they never failed to disappoint. The new staff member is extremely slow and unprofessional, and the people in front of me also had issues because their packages had been dropped off days earlier and still weren’t shipped. Seems like he doesn’t really know what he’s doing, or just doesn’t care. Lines are equally as long as the post office’s these days.
If you're having a problem with them right now and you are looking for your missing, lost, delayed, etc. package, I recommend reading this: I’ve been coming to Sent for a while and have never left a review (in fact I'm not sure, but I think this is my only Google Review ever), but after what happened today it feels like the right time to take 15 minutes out of my day to write this.
