I had a prenatal massage with Brenda at 9 months pregnant, and it was hands down the best I had felt in months. Being able to lie face down was such a relief — one of the best feelings during pregnancy. Brenda worked out the knots in my upper back, which was amazing and something many prenatal massage places aren’t able to accomplish. She was incredibly sweet and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I highly recommend going to see her!

After a horse riding accident, my chronic back pain was at an all-time high and Brenda has done a fantastic job helping me to manage pain through massage therapy. Brenda is very friendly and cares about getting to know you and your individual needs. Her studio is a really welcoming space and from the first session the full sensory experience really set her massages apart.
I had an amazing prenatal massage today with Brenda, and I can’t recommend her enough! I was dealing with back, hip, and thigh pain, but after the session, I felt so light and relaxed.
