Staff was nice and we were in and out real quick
I really enjoytheir studies. I had a positive experience all and all. Fun place to do surveys. They pay well and in cash. lt' a simple process and stress free. I wish things in life were like that. 100% legit and I definitely recommend.
Very organized. Took to the touchless model nicely.
Very disorganized and unprofessional. Zero damage-control or resolution when errors are made on their end. Second negative experience here; got a lame apology upon walking out. Drove 45 minutes out of my way to make it for their appointment only to find out they mixed up the dates. Last time the study itself was cancelled. All the other consumer evaluation places seem to value their customer base much more and promptly rectify issues. Not here. Waste of time!
