I have been dealing with Sensormatic for years under TYCO. always had great service but the new owners dont seem to even know how to return a call or email. been trying to purchase equipment for our current tags but after 5 calls and 2 emails .. nothing ! do we have to change all our tags because Sensormatic cant supply? service? tech support? what happened to your company ???
