I did not receive very good service at all from Ryan Paulin. I called and spoke to a receptionist. I specified that there was a branch on our power line and had originally asked for an estimate and also if he could come out the same day. She told me she was pretty sure he could and that he would call me back within 10-15 minutes. I waited 20 minutes and decided to call back.
