Called ahead of time. Was very nice, and very knowledgeable. A great person, and did a great job!
I called for lawn service last year and my understanding was that it was a one time application. Then later that year I received text message saying a service rep was on their way to my house. So I got another service and another bill. Called to ask and apparently I signed up for a service plan??? What?? I asked for one application! Now the snow has melted and a new calendar year and I received a text message saying that my service was scheduled for March 7. Only problem is I never called for service.
