Oh I don’t want to write this review but I’m at wits end. During my Christmas light consultation, I was told to plan for the first week of November. Well they scheduled on the 18th. That’s fine I guess…I asked what time window—I had to ask multiple times to finally be told the afternoon. The day of, I got a text saying never mind we’re coming now! Well. My Christmas lights look great! The wreath is amazing and makes our house ready for Christmas. My three year old loves it. I only wish that I had gotten a phone call or something so I knew when to expect them.
Signed up for one time application $50-something dollar service, confirmed on call one time service. Not even 2 months later got text that they were coming for quarterly service. Confirmed it was supposed to be one time service. Told the company to cancel. Then got text that they were coming for the bimonthly service. Requested cancelation again! The installer was very personal and excellent in his workmanship. Huge improvement over last years crew.
