Multiple no-shows and rescheduling, as well as difficult to reach customer service, BUT work was well done and technician called ahead of time, very reasonable price compared to other companies
Technician did not appear for scheduled service without any prior notice. Customer service states that they cannot reach the technician or their manager, so there is nothing they can do and no information provided on rescheduling. They previously cancelled service earlier this week as they had not communicated that sprinklers were to marked ahead of time. Regional variability may exist in service delivery, but I would strongly avoid this lawn care company in the Denver/Aurora area.
