RecommendedThis was our first Spa purchase - we went with a Caldera Spa (Marino). Bill was amazing - we truly appreciated his attention to detail and taking the time to answer our questions before, during and after the installation. We are also very appreciative of Bill's referral to Mario (an electrician) who did our electrical work - very professional, thorough and reliable. We decided to purchase a spa and did some online research . After all of the positive comments we decided to go check out Sensible Spas . Bought one the same day and had delivered a few days later. Was a great experience and we are enjoying our hot tub!

After months of researching spas, we purchased our Caldera spa quite a few months ago. I’m happy to say, it’s still running strong, no problems. We use it almost every day. Sensible Spas delivered with no issues. People are friendly and knowledgeable. Great prices too. Best spa I have ever owned! The jets are so powerful that on the highest setting, I am literally pushed out of the seat. Crazy!
We purchased a spa from them. Not only was the price reasonable. The customer service that we received when they installed it and haul the way the old one was impeccable. They even arrange an upgrade to our spa panel at a very low cost. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone

I bought a Spa from Sensible Spas at a really good price but even better than that I was given the best customer service experience in decades. It's heartwarming to purchase something you really want from someone who really wants to help you get what you want and need. They delivered the Spa, set it up and by the time they were heading out to the next soon to be satisfied customer I felt like one of the family.
I have a Swim-Spa I got from Bill Franks about 6 years ago, and Bill has been terrific about helping me with it. I use it almost every day. Bill is a terrific person who genuinely cares about his customers. The very first call I had with Bill was great - he knew every technical detail about the spa. He helped with every aspect of getting the spa installed properly. I highly recommend Sensible Spas.
