I bought a new hot tub from Sensible Spas in April of 2017. I was looking for a model with specific dimensions that Costco no longer had, 84x91, an Aquaterra Chesapeake. Sensible Spas had a Costco return of this model that was advertised on Craiglist. I drove to the store to see it, and it was indistinguishable from new. I bought it the same day. We recently bought our hot tub from here and they went above and beyond!! They delivered to my house had it hooked up and filled before leaving!!! I Would 100% reccomend them!!!

I am so pleased with my interactions with Sensible Spa. My spa is already several years old. First we bought a cover and Debbie was so helpful. Then we had Bill do a repair. Everything went very well. He figured out the problem quickly and fixed it in a very short time. I highly recommend them for great service and good work!

Sensible Spas in Livermore were amazing to work with. I let Debbie know what type of spa I was looking for & when one came available, she messaged me right away & she was available for us to come see it in person. We ended up purchasing a spa from them & they delivered it 2 days later, all the way into our yard & set it up completely.
