Believe the negative reviews! I learned the hard way by not. Talked to the owner and expressed my concerns about the reviews, but he had an excuse for everyone, that made me feel confident in my decision. However, he left out a lot of information that rode on the contract moving forward. They cancelled a few weeks before closing because he wasn’t able to find investors within the first 30 days. After dealing with this company, other than feeling I wasted my time with them, I am left confused. They approached me stating they wanted to purchase my property. I discussed that with them, they toured the property, and they continually and enthusiastically professed a desire to purchase the property. was looking to sell a house in casa Grande Arizona and didn't want to deal with having to fix a bunch of things in the house, and I didn't have to deal with realtor and having to show the house, I got on touch with Sensible Offer and the next day one of their reps went to check out the property and I got an offer the same day, we closed the sale in about two weeks and got a check the next day, I actually was very surprised how easy they made it and how quick it was. I highly recommend them if you need to sell a property.
Had a contract! And they failed to deposit Escrow into bank and then they backed out! And still haven't gotten my escrow!
