My experience with Sensible Home Products LLC was amazing! After getting several quotes for a roof replacement, and finding the prices out of my budget, I had the good fortune of getting a recommendation from my son for this company. Jeremy Groll proved to be friendly and outgoing, and not prone to pushing me for a decision "to guarantee the quoted price." He understood that a major decision can require some careful consideration. I must admit, I was impressed with his professionalism and low- key presentation of his proposa... read more
What started as a few cracks in the cultured stone on the front of our home quickly turned into a much bigger concern. We suspected there might be water damage underneath, but getting answers wasn’t easy. We reached out to multiple contractors—most didn’t follow through or avoided the job altogether. I felt that I could trust Jeremy with my home immediately and throughout the months of working with him he has maintained that position. Jeremy is very responsive, c... read more
As a handyman that had done a lot of work for others in town and nearby towns it wasn’t often I found myself on the other side. 99% of the work completed in my home was done by me so this was a new experience for me. I received quotes from 3 different contractors. Admittedly, it wasn’t often I was looking for a contractor myself and the couple of times I had used someone it wasn’t the experience I had hoped for. Well, this time it was completely different. It was the experience I hoped for and more. The contractor I chose is... read more
