Small family owned "tech" company. They will barely train you. None of them have any high profile or low profile certifications worth mentioning. So the little training you do receive would not fly in any other IT role. Their is no escalating a case to a higher level technician. Just figure it out is the name of the game at this company. Their office is always a huge mess. The only person I would recommenced this job to is a kid right out of school who needs some "experience" on their resume.
