When I think of Sensible Build and Jacob Willingham, the first word that comes to mind is integrity. Jacob is a man of his word. He and his crew are dependable, excellent craftsman. Highly recommended!
Jacob and his team at Sensible Build did a fabulous job on our extensive master bedroom ensuite renovation. The renovation included installing a new tiled shower (beautiful!) in a new location, installing a new toilet in a new location, moving a closet, creating a new laundry room for a clothes washer and dryer, installing an extensive new tile floor, installing four new windows, plus all the fixtures and accessories. I contracted Jacob & Sensible Build to complete a upfit of a commercial space from an old bank to a new retail spot. The transformation was remarkable and professionally done. Timely and great communication skills. Customers still reflect and comment on how great the space looks. I employed sensible build to build work on a new construction home for me in 2022. Jacob was involved in the entire process from the land purchase to design, and construction. We broke ground in August and moved in by May. Jacob had projected 12-18 months, but due to his excellent management we were done in 10.
