I am so sorry to report that there are not enough stars that these folks deserve. As I walked in I was immediately greated with warm smiles and thoughtful hellos. A wonderdul young man showed me around the spa. He lead me to the locker room and then stepped out so that could dis-robe and wrap myself in a very luxurious warm robe and sandals. I received a signature facial with Mia. It was the best facial I have ever had in my life. She is very professional, experienced, thorough, kind and caring. She made it a very pleasant experience. I am very grateful and I highly recommend her services.
This is the email I received. Upon finishing the massage, the price was actually per person. Poor transparency, and not the Disney experience we expected. Additionally, the manager on shift tonight (11/20) was incredibly rude when this was brought to her attention. The email is misleading, regardless of anything else.
