The pools are DIRTY!!! I expressed my concerns to the front desk and they advised me to post on here so I am. No staff are cleaning the pools during your stay. I got out of the hot tub with 50 dead flies on my back because cleanliness is the bottom of their list. The response from staff was beyond disappointing. Where is the customer service???

This is probably one of the best Nordic spas in Nova Scotia but it is only a 4 for the following reasons: it is always under construction or areas are closed/roped off, the steep hills between areas are difficult/dangerous to walk on the terrain with flip flops/ non-ankle supported sandals and had to walk bear foot to get to the top of the hill
