Nice lady, but can't deal with all hair types. I specified I have very curly hair and don't like it straight so she washed it, roughly blewdry it with extreme heat, and ran her fingers through the curls, making my hair a frizzy mess. 1. She should have known heat is damaging to curly hair and 2. why would you run your fingers thorugh curls and then say "your hair isn't curly, it's frizzy".
