I have been very pleased with the service and professional attention I've received from Sense of Hearing in Waterdown! I am fairly fussy and they've gone the extra mile to ensure that my hearing aids were properly fitted and adjusted. I would highly recommend! The facility is neat and clean, the staff were very friendly, informative and went above and beyond. I had to bring my 2 year old son with me for my hearing test and Joe played with him and kept him preoccupied in the room while I got tested. Thank you for a great experience :)
My son has very wet wax and wears over the ear headphones most of the time, so we frequently have to have his ears cleaned professionally. I emailed them for an appointment and was able to get in right away. The cost was reasonable and the staff were very pleasant. I will be taking him back the next time he needs a cleaning.
