I wish I had the option to leave 10 STARS!!! The entire staff from Saoirse (I hope I got that right) at the front desk (clearly she's the heartbeat of this business!) to Demetrie and Taryn, they are all kind, patient, respectful and go the extra step to make sure you are taken care of. They gave us loaner hearing aids when we discovered the old hearing aids weren't working properly, they were flexible and willing to come to our home due to an illness. I have been very pleased with the service and professional attention I've received from Sense of Hearing in Waterdown! I am fairly fussy and they've gone the extra mile to ensure that my hearing aids were properly fitted and adjusted. The equipment is top notch and they test REM (Real Ear Measurement) which is a highly accurate and objective way of adjusting hearing aid devices while you are wearing them. I would highly recommend! The facility is neat and clean, the staff were very friendly, informative and went above and beyond. I had to bring my 2 year old son with me for my hearing test and Joe played with him and kept him preoccupied in the room while I got tested. Thank you for a great experience :)
My son has very wet wax and wears over the ear headphones most of the time, so we frequently have to have his ears cleaned professionally. I emailed them for an appointment and was able to get in right away. The cost was reasonable and the staff were very pleasant. I will be taking him back the next time he needs a cleaning.
